Raluca Varlan

Raluca Varlan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace management and facilities administration. Currently serving as Senior Regional Workplace / Facilities Manager at PTC since January 2021, Raluca focuses on enhancing employee wellbeing and optimizing workplace environments across the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Raluca spent over 13 years at Provident Financial Romania, progressing through various positions from Facilities Coordinator to Facilities and Car Fleet Manager, where responsibilities included financial management, contract negotiation, and operational efficiency. Raluca holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from ARTIFEX University, further complemented by an Economist Licence Degree from the Economic Studies Academy.
