Stephen Madaras, MBA, MSc has a wealth of work experience in Information Technology. Stephen began their career in 1997 as Vice President/CTO at Millennium Integrated Systems, where they were responsible for all aspects of Information Technology, including research, development, and administration of a patented multimedia search system. In 1999, they moved to GTI Federal as Vice President of Information Technology, where they were part of the management team and responsible for the development and administration of corporate IT infrastructure. In 2009, they joined Project Enhancement Corporation as Director of IT/Knowledge Management, where they were responsible for development and management of corporate IT operations, infrastructure, policies, and end user support. In 2012, they joined PTG International, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer, where their responsibilities included management and oversight of all corporate IT and telecommunications operations as well as development of new technology offerings for PTG staff and clients. Stephen accomplished leading the adoption and incorporation of MicroStrategy Business Intelligence technologies for PTG custom training evaluation applications, upgrade of PTG internal network and servers, and migration of all PTG production environments to Amazon Web Services GovCloud Platform.

Stephen Madaras has an extensive educational background. Stephen obtained their MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in 2005, specializing in Business Administration. Prior to that, they obtained a MS in Nuclear/Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 1993, and a BS in Nuclear/Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 1991. Stephen also obtained a BS in Physics from West Chester University in 1991. Additionally, they hold a Certified MicroStrategy Analyst certification from MicroStrategy, obtained in February 2020.
