Nicholas Pantuliano

Nicholas Pantuliano is the Co-Founder and COO at PTM Partners since September 2018. Prior to that, Nicholas served as the Head of Construction at THE WELL from August 2017 to December 2020. With extensive experience, Nicholas also worked as the Director of Construction at LeFrak from June 1996 to December 2018, where the company focuses on residential and office sectors with significant hotel and retail assets. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
