Biplab Chaudhuri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2005, they worked as a Sales Manager at sysmind/ustechsolutions inc for two years. Biplab then moved to US Tech Solutions in 2006, where they served as a Sr. Manager in Strategy and Development until 2008.

In 2008, Biplab joined Lancesoft as a Sr. Manager until 2011. Following that, they co-founded Tekniligenz Inc in 2010 and served as the Co-Founder/CEO until 2013. During this time, they focused on providing companies with customized IT solutions and staff augmentation services.

In 2018, Biplab became a Business Owner at Briotech Consulting Services LLC. Biplab then pursued their entrepreneurial journey further by founding Cognatic Solutions in 2019. As the Founder/Chairman, they led the company in becoming a leading managed service provider.

In 2020, Biplab took on the role of Chairman/CEO at Vetzu Inc, specializing in pre-employment screening and background research screening services. Biplab leveraged the latest technology to deliver efficient and positive candidate experiences while protecting clients' businesses.
