Michelle Deal

Michelle Deal has extensive experience in quality control and compliance within the medical technology sector, currently serving as Sr. Quality and Compliance Principal at PTS Diagnostics since September 2006. Michelle has held various leadership roles, including Director of Clinical Affairs and Product Performance and Senior Manager of Quality Control and Product Support, where responsibilities encompassed managing daily quality control procedures, investigating customer complaints, and providing technical data for product registrations and evaluations. Prior to PTS Diagnostics, Michelle held positions at Eli Lilly and Co. as Head of Quality Control and Product Support, and as Associate Senior Research Biologist at Pharmacia Corporation and G.D. Searle/Monsanto. The career began at Washington University School of Medicine as a Senior Research Technician after earning a B.S. in Medical Technology/Biology from Michigan State University.
