Staci Parrie began their career in 1997 as a Staff Writer for The Bogalusa Daily News, where they covered politics, the police, and the court system. Staci conducted interviews, researched and wrote articles daily, and also assisted with the layout and design of the newspaper. In 1999, they joined PTS Solutions, Inc. as a Systems Trainer, where they trained various personnel on the company's justice software and installed network and hardware at client sites. Staci then became the Regional Operations Manager, responsible for project management and client communication. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Public Safety Software Consultant, still at PTS Solutions, Inc., until 2011 when they were promoted to Marketing Manager. Staci currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PTS Solutions, Inc.
Staci Parrie's education history includes a Master of Arts (MA) degree from the University of New Orleans, obtained between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they studied at Southeastern Louisiana University from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. In 1990, they participated in a Summer Study Program at the Center of Foreign Language Studies in Oaxaca, Mexico, where they focused on Spanish Language and Hispanic Civilization.
