Connor Clarke has over a decade of work experience as a Lifting Engineer at Townes Lifting & Testing, where they were responsible for inspecting and testing fixed/loose lifting equipment, installing and inspecting crane ropes, and wire rope socketing. Since December 2021, they have been working as a Fall Arrest Engineer at Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG).
Connor Clarke has a diverse education history. Connor started their education at Sydney Smith Secondary School from 2004 to 2009, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time.
After completing secondary school, Connor attended HETA from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an NVQ Level 1 - 2 in Electrical Installation. Following this, they continued their education at HETA from 2011 to 2016, earning an NVQ Level 3 in Marine Engineering with a focus on Marine Engineering.
In addition to their formal education, Connor has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include a Marine Engineering NVQ Level 3 from Humberside Engineering Training Association in January 2016, Wire Rope Socketing from Carl Stahl in November 2014, Disassembly & Assembly of CM Lodestar Lifting Hoist from CM Training Services in November 2012, Lifting Machine Power from LEEA in June 2012, Part 1 Entrance from LEEA in September 2011, Electrical NVQ Level 1 - 2 from Humberside Engineering Training Association in June 2011, BS 17th Edition of Electrical Installations from EAST RIDING TRAINING SOLUTIONS LIMITED in May 2013, and Working at Height & Rescue Training - Wind Turbines from heightec in April 2014. Connor also holds MEWP 3A & 3B certification from the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), though the exact date of acquisition is unknown.
