Laura Major

Laura Major is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) since October 2019, Laura previously worked as an HRSS CI and OpEx Analyst at Walmart from August 2018 to August 2019. Laura also held the position of Project Manager at Capita, where leadership of the Innovation Hub was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Team Manager for Capita on the British Gas contract and Director of I-proteus Ltd, which focused on producing nut butter for the UK health and fitness industry. Laura started their career as an Operations Manager at British Gas from August 2007 to July 2012. Laura's educational background includes attendance at St. Wilfrid's Catholic Sixth Form from 1998 to 2000.
