Kelly O'rourke

Kelly O'Rourke is the Global Head of HR at PTSL, with experience in various HR roles in companies such as Team Fisher, Harland & Wolff, and Cabot Norit Petrochemicals. Kelly has also worked as a Contractor across different industries and as a Senior HR Officer at the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. Kelly holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Napier University.
