Yap Vit Beng

Yap Vit Beng is an experienced production engineer currently working as an Associate Engineer in Production at PTTEP since August 2022, where responsibilities include production planning and yearly long-term forecasting. Prior to this role, Yap held the position of Graduate Engineer at Sapella Engineering Solutions from November 2020 to July 2022, providing ad-hoc production technology services for PTTEP Sarawak Oil Limited. Additionally, Yap gained relevant experience as an intern in Production Engineering at PTTEP in mid-2019, focusing on monitoring and reporting within a shallow water brown oil field. Yap Vit Beng holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, completed in 2020.
