Chihhung Kao (Kevin)

ChihHung(Kevin) Kao has a strong background in project management and business development. ChihHung(Kevin) started their career as an intern at Taiwan International Ports Corporation, LTD, and later interned at Microsoft. ChihHung(Kevin) then worked at THI Consultants as an Analyst and later as a Project Manager. After that, they joined TMS Technologies Co., LTD as a Product Manager and later became a Manager. ChihHung(Kevin) then moved to Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd as a Project Manager and eventually became a Project Director. Currently, they are working at PTV Group as the Head of Real Time Business Development.

ChihHung (Kevin) Kao has a strong educational background in transportation engineering and logistics management. ChihHung(Kevin) earned a Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering and Logistics Management from National Chiao Tung University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued further education by completing a Master's degree in the same field at National Chiao Tung University from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, ChihHung Kao has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. ChihHung(Kevin) is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in December 2022. ChihHung(Kevin) has also completed courses in Machine Learning from Coursera and Python for Data Science, AI & Development from IBM, both obtained in June 2022. Another notable certification is their Registered Transportation Engineer status, obtained from the Taiwan Public Construction Commission in March 2021. ChihHung(Kevin) has also received training in Public Construction Project Quality Management Personnel from 中華電信 in August 2020. Furthermore, they became a PTV Vision Certified Trainer through the PTV Group in October 2017.
