Andre Hendriksen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andre started their professional journey at Noldus Information Technology, where they worked as a Systems Engineer and later became a Technical R&D Manager. At GE Healthcare, Andre held various roles, including R&D Project Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, responsible for training and mentoring employees towards Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Andre also served as a Quality Manager and Technical Manager at GE Energy, overseeing quality processes and managing GIS projects. As the Senior Manager Quality at Stryker Leibinger GmbH & Co. KG, Andre contributed to quality management. Later, they joined Testo AG as the Head of Quality and also worked as a Test Manager and Quality Planner. Most recently, Andre served as the Head of Software Development at PTW, leading a team of software engineers and successfully delivering multiple software releases.

- In 2016, they completed the Quality System Requirements & Industry Practice Course (CFR 21 part 820) at the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
- In 2010, they earned a certification as a Certified Manager of Quality / Operational Excellence from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), specializing in Quality Management.
- Also in 2010, they became a Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), focusing on Project Management.
- From 1991 to 1993, they attended Eindhoven University of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Mathematics.
- Furthermore, from 1985 to 1991, they pursued a Bachelor's degree (MSc.) in Applied Mathematics at the University of Twente.
