Filipe Oliveira is a seasoned professional in localization quality assurance, currently serving as a Localisation QA Project Manager at Keywords Studios since April 2016. With a progression through various roles including LQA Lead, Associate LQA Lead, Senior LQA Tester, and LQA Tester (Portuguese), Filipe has accumulated extensive experience in test planning, bug vetting, team management, and client communication. Prior experience includes customer support roles at Rafisoles and Feedback, as well as public relations for multiple companies, showcasing a strong background in customer service and effective communication. Filipe holds a degree in Sociology from Universidade do Minho, completed in 2012.
