Sunil N has extensive experience in the field of support operations and workforce management. Sunil started their career at IBM Daksh as a Workforce Management Specialist, where they were responsible for forecasting demand, scheduling agents, and capacity planning. Sunil then moved on to IBM India Private Limited as a Global Measurement Lead, where they focused on resource management, workforce planning, and forecasting. After that, Sunil worked at Capgemini as a Team Manager, overseeing resource planning and ensuring SLA compliance. Sunil then joined VEN Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. as a Resource Manager, where they managed demand supply, recruitment, and staffing. Currently, Sunil is working at PTW as the Head of Support Operations - CX, overseeing support operations and customer experience. Throughout their career, Sunil has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail and process improvements.

Sunil N completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Vijaya Degree College from 2005 to 2008. Sunil also holds additional certifications such as the COPC Mastering Workforce Management Training Certified Professional Manager from COPC Inc., obtained in 2023, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2023. In addition, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2021.
