Alex Holmes has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. They started as a 3D Artist at Chromium Gamesroom, where they worked on a student indie game startup. After that, they joined Testology Ltd as a QA Team Lead, gaining experience in team management and client communication. Alex then took on a contract role as a QA Functionality Tester at Sumo Digital Ltd, specifically working on LittleBigPlanet3. They later joined Starbreeze Studios as an Associate Art Producer, transitioning to full-time outsource vendor communication and handling project briefs. At PUBG Corporation, Alex worked as both a QA Specialist and a 3D Environment Artist. Their responsibilities included tracking progress, organizing internal reviews, and acting as a point of contact between departments. Alex Holmes earned a Bachelor's Degree in BSc Computer Animation from the University of Portsmouth from 2011 to 2015. Before attending the university, Alex completed A-levels at Godalming College from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their academic journey, Alex Holmes obtained GCSEs in Art/Art Studies, General from Glebelands School from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Holmes also obtained several certifications in Unreal Engine, such as the Game Asset Production Pipeline, Introduction to Blueprint, and Introduction to Lighting in 2014.
