Claudia Winter has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Claudia started their career at Blizzard Entertainment as a Customer Support Representative and eventually became a Senior Customer Support Representative. In this role, they supervised a team of representatives and focused on improving productivity and employee development. Claudia also worked as an Assistant Stage Manager and Events Coordinator, planning and coordinating stage activities for Gamescom 2017. Claudia then transitioned to become a TA Esports Coordinator for Overwatch, where they served as the main point of contact for national teams during the Overwatch World Cup and provided on-site event support. Claudia later became a Customer Support Team Manager, leading and coaching a team of direct reports with multilingual backgrounds.
