Nino Gorgiashvili

Nino Gorgiashvili's work experience starts with their role as a Lead Project Manager at Pubgenius Inc., which they began in September 2022. In this role, they manage multiple client projects simultaneously, oversees project goals and deliverables, facilitates Agile ceremonies and client demos, and develops project management strategies and employee onboarding processes. Nino has successfully delivered 11 software projects, including an e-commerce website and a collaboration web tool. Prior to this, Nino worked as a Product Manager at SmartDocs from November 2020 to November 2021. Nino also held roles at the Public Service Development Agency as an E-governance Coordinator from December 2017 to August 2019, and as a Business Consultant from October 2014 to December 2017. Nino's early work experience includes a role as a Business Consultant at Delta Systems, where they successfully launched ERP software in various industries and led ERP system launch processes from 2013 to 2014.

Nino Gorgiashvili completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Georgian American University from 2009 to 2013. Later, in 2019, they enrolled in Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd and pursued an MSc in Computing and IT Management, which they completed in 2020. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications. In 2019, they completed an Introduction to Javascript course from Codecademy. In 2020, they acquired certifications in Introduction to Web APIs, Project Management: Technical Projects, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from LinkedIn. Nino further enhanced their skills by obtaining the Foundations of Project Management certificate from Coursera in 2022. More recently, in 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
