Lucian Luncan

Lucian Luncan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital management and classifieds. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Publi24 Digital since March 2020, Lucian previously held significant roles including Head of Classifieds at Russmedia Digital from October 2010 to March 2020 and Chairman of the Board at the Digital Marketplaces Association from October 2018 to October 2019. Lucian’s career at Russmedia also included managing the online auto division from August 2007 to October 2010. Lucian holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Oradea, completed in 2003, and graduated from Emanoil Gojdu High School in 1999.
