Sean Luedke has held various roles throughout their work experience. Sean started their career at VR Research as a Due Diligence Manager, overseeing numerous research projects and implementing cost-saving measures. Afterward, they joined Tabal Chocolate as a Business Development & Marketing Consultant, where they played a key role in creating the business plan and maintaining company relationships. Currently, Luedke serves as the Director of Research at Public Allies, managing technology improvements and analyzing financial and program data to identify areas for improvement. Sean has also served as the Director of Research & Innovation and Data Manager & Program Consultant at Public Allies, overseeing various aspects of program implementation, compliance, and strategic planning.

Sean Luedke obtained an MBA in Business Administration with a finance emphasis from Marquette University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, majoring in Political Science & Public Administration and minoring in Sociology & Environmental Studies from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Sean has obtained certifications in various areas, including incident command systems, mental health first aid, and Google Analytics.
