Frank Sobkowiak

Frank Sobkowiak is an experienced project manager currently serving as Project Manager IV and Sr. Project Manager at the Public Building Commission of Chicago since August 2007, where responsibilities include project and staff management. Previously, Frank held the position of Project Manager at Rodriguez & Associates from September 2008 to October 2013. Frank earned a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing studies between 1967 and 1972.
