Noyan Eyigor has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. In 2009, they worked as a Senior Tax Accountant at Raffa, PC until 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Compliance Specialist at SEIU. Noyan then joined Malala Fund in 2017 as an Assistant Controller until 2020. Starting from 2020, they served as a Controller at World Cancer Research Fund International until 2023. Currently, Noyan is the Chief Financial Officer at Public Citizen, a position they have held since April 2023.

Noyan Eyigor completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics at Bethany College from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Accountancy at The George Washington University School of Business from 2007 to 2009.
