Susan Harley

Susan Harley is the Managing Director of Congress Watch at Public Citizen, overseeing advocacy efforts in various issue campaigns. Prior to this role, Susan served as the Michigan Policy Director at Clean Water Action, directing policy and strategic campaign tactics. Susan also worked as a Consultant at Michigan's Children, analyzing expulsion data and coordinating fundraising events. Susan holds a J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and a B.A. in IDS Social Science from Michigan State University.
