Tyson Slocum

Tyson Slocum is a seasoned professional in the fields of policy analysis and education, currently serving as a Professor at the University of Maryland's Honors College since January 2010. In addition to this academic role, Tyson has been the Director of Public Citizen's Energy Program since November 2000, advocating for consumers in energy policies. Previously, Tyson worked as a Policy Analyst at Citizens for Tax Justice from 1997 to 2000. Tyson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, awarded in 1996.
