Public Counsel
Amanda Mangaser Savage is currently serving as Sullivan & Cromwell Strategic Litigation Counsel at Public Counsel since 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Supervising Senior Attorney in the Opportunity Under Law unit at Public Counsel from 2022 to 2023 and a Staff Attorney in the same unit from 2019 to 2021. Amanda's earlier experience includes working as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School from 2016 to 2018, an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2015 to 2016, and as a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office from 2014 to 2015. Amanda holds a J.D. from Yale Law School (2014) and an A.B. Magna Cum Laude in Government from Harvard University (2010).
