Lauren Greenberg is an Investigative Specialist at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, focusing on criminal cases since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Column Editor and Staff Writer for the American University Undergraduate Law Journal and as Co-Director and Director of Communications for March For Our Lives American University from February 2020 to June 2022. Lauren also served as a Student Advocate at the Center for Advocacy and Student Equity and completed a summer internship with the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission, supporting legal advocacy efforts. Additional responsibilities have included assisting in research related to Constitutional law at American University and coordinating a lecture series on the 2020 election. Lauren's earlier experience includes teaching assistance, congressional internships, and legislative work. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and American Government from American University.
