Melissa Anderson

President and CoFounder, Public Good Software at Public Good Software

Melissa Anderson has over 20 years of experience in the business development and software fields. Melissa began their career in 1997 as Co-Managing Director of European Student Services Ltd, where they initiated, negotiated and managed strategic partnerships with companies in the U.S., Canada, Yugoslavia, South Africa, Costa Rica, Latvia and Jamaica. In 2000, they joined Toplander (JobsOnline.com) as Senior Director of Business Development, where they were responsible for establishing partners for a new corporate network partner program. In 2002, they were appointed President of the U.S. office of Taxback, Inc., where they identified and negotiated key strategic partnerships with the largest companies in the industry, resulting in a 90% increase in annual worldwide product revenue from 1.6 million to 3 million. In 2006, they joined Amacai Information Corporation as Vice President of New Business Initiatives, where they created an innovative web-based marketing solution from concept to product launch in just 90 days, generating an annual run rate of over 1 million in revenue within 8 months. In 2014, they joined Jellyvision as Executive Vice President of Strategy, and in 2015 they became President and Co-Founder of Public Good Software, Inc., where they have led the AI for Good platform to become the leader in "making news actionable" working with the nation's leading publishers and brands.

Melissa Anderson attended Le Moyne College from 1991 to 1995 and earned a B.A. in English and Communications.
