Amy Belflower Thomas is currently the Director for Research and Evaluation at Public Health Accreditation Board. Before their current role, Amy served as the Director of Community Assessment and Strategy at the North Carolina Institute for Public Health. Previously, Amy held positions at the Nash County Health Department, Pitt County Health Department, and SCDHEC, where Amy worked in various roles related to public health, emergency preparedness, and epidemiology. Amy holds a DrPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with other master's and bachelor's degrees in health-related fields.
