Melissa Sever is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in organizational development, strategic planning, and workforce training. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Public Health Accreditation Board, Melissa develops and implements strategies for health department transformation efforts. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Rapid 5, Director of Organizational Development & Culture at Columbus Public Health, and Chief of Public Health Systems and Innovation at the Ohio Department of Health. Melissa has a solid foundation in public health education, holding a Master’s in Public Health from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Bowling Green State University.
