Charles R. Witwer

Charles R. Witwer serves as the Contracts and Grants Manager at Heluna Health since May 2022, overseeing administrative management of population health projects for governmental clients. Previous experience includes working as Program Manager at CORE, managing COVID testing initiatives in Los Angeles, and fulfilling roles such as Mobile Site Manager, English Teacher and Teacher Trainer in the Peace Corps, and Media Planner at One & All Agency. Charles has also contributed to human rights advocacy at Human Rights Watch and fundraising efforts at Occidental College, where a degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs was earned.
