Aditi Roy has extensive experience in the field of public health and research. Aditi began their career as an Intern at UNICEF in 2012, where they gained valuable insights into the field. Aditi then took on the role of a Grad Student at The Pennsylvania State University from 2008 to 2014, during which they also worked as a Research Assistant from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from 2015 to 2017. Aditi then worked as a Public Health Consultant at RTI International from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are a Research Scientist at the Center for Environmental Health at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), where they have been since 2018. Aditi's diverse experiences have provided their with a strong foundation in public health and research methodologies.
Aditi Roy pursued their education in the field of nutrition sciences and environmental health. Aditi obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Penn State University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition Sciences from the same institution from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their academic journey, they attended the University of Calcutta and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food & Nutrition from 2002 to 2004. Aditi Roy's undergraduate education took place at the University of Calcutta as well, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food & Nutrition from 1999 to 2002.
