Hemant Mahajan

Hemant Mahajan is a seasoned public health professional with diverse experience in academia and research. Currently serving as Scientist D at RMRIMS, Patna (ICMR) and Assistant Professor at the Public Health Foundation of India, responsibilities include teaching, mentoring students, conducting training, and engaging in advocacy. Previously, Hemant held various roles at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health, focusing on data analysis and teaching core epidemiology courses. Additionally, Hemant has experience as an intern at the Allegheny County Health Department and served as an Assistant Professor and Epidemiologist in community medicine at several medical institutions in India. Hemant holds a Doctor of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Doctor of Medicine in Community Health from TN Medical College.
