Monika Arora

Monika Arora is an accomplished public health professional currently serving as the President of the NCD Alliance since May 2023. With extensive experience at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) since 2012, Monika Arora holds the title of Director of the Health Promotion Division and has also served as Head of Health Promotion since 2007. Additionally, Monika Arora has been the Executive Director of Health Related Information Dissemination Amongst Youth (HRIDAY) since 2000. Monika Arora's academic credentials include a PhD in Public Health Education and Promotion as well as a PhD in Preventive Cardiology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and an M.Sc. in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Other educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Epidemiology, a Master’s in Child Development, and a Bachelor’s in Home Science.
