Brittnie Rector is an experienced professional who joined the Public Health Foundation (PHF) in 2023 as a TRAIN Project Manager. In this role, Brittnie collaborates closely with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to lead initiatives aimed at improving the experiences of healthcare professionals using the TRAIN platform. With a focus on influencing structure and consistency in processes and projects, she is a valuable asset to the organization.

Prior to joining PHF, Brittnie served as a senior leader, responsible for project and program management, content development, and strategic planning. As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, she understands the importance of collaboration within a team. With a core value placed on curiosity, Brittnie is always seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. She earned her B.S. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from East Carolina University.
