Jennifer Dogbey

Jennifer Dogbey, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Jennifer began their career as an HR Intern at PHH Arval in 2006, where they developed various guides and tracking systems for supervisors and executives. In 2007, they worked as an HR professional at First Potomac Realty Trust, where they conducted audits, facilitated new hire orientations, and developed interview guides. From 2007 to 2013, Jennifer worked as a Senior Recruitment Associate at Danya International, managing national and international recruitment and implementing an applicant tracking system. Jennifer then transitioned to the Public Health Institute, where they held several roles including Lead Recruitment for the Global Health Fellows Program II and Director of Recruitment and Outreach for the STAR Project. In these positions, they oversaw the full cycle of recruitment activities and developed strategies for attracting and selecting quality talent. Jennifer's most recent role at the Public Health Institute was as Deputy Program Director for the STAR and Generation Next Humanitarian Fellowship Program, where they provided technical expertise and ensured program compliance with recruitment, hiring, and performance management policies.
