Celeste Collins has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief of People and Inclusion at Public Health Management Corporation since 2015. In addition to this role, Celeste has held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at PHMC since June 2003, contributing significantly to the organization's workforce management and inclusion initiatives.
