Jenn Lydic, LCSW, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Family and Emergency Case Manager at St. Joseph Center until 2011. From 2012 to 2014, Jenn held positions as a Medicaid Program Specialist at Project H.O.M.E. and as an Outreach Worker and HIV Tester for the Do One Thing HIV Testing Initiative. In 2013, they joined Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Therapist, and simultaneously worked as an Analyst at The PFM Group. In 2014, they transitioned to a Senior Analyst role at The PFM Group until 2016. In 2016, Jenn became the Health Resiliency Program Manager at the Public Health Management Corporation until 2018, when they then served as the Health Network Social Services Manager. Later, they became the AACO Ryan White Medical Case Management Supervisor until 2021. In 2022, Jenn assumed the role of Director of Social Services & Community Engagement at the Public Health Management Corporation and progressed to become the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health and Social Services in 2023. Additionally, they serve as a Field Liaison for Foundations Sequence at the School of Social Policy & Practice at the University of Pennsylvania since 2021.

Jenn Lydic, LCSW, MPA holds a Bachelor of Science in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University. Jenn also obtained a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Pennsylvania Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors.
