Kristine Gonnella

Kristine Gonnella has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Kristine is currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategy Development at Public Health Management Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Strategy Development at the same company from May 2022 to August 2023.

In 2023, they also took on the role of Executive Director at Pennsylvania Public Health Association.

From 2014 to 2022, Kristine worked at the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium, starting as the Manager of Training and Technical Assistance from January 2014 to September 2016. Kristine then became the Director of Technical Assistance and Consultation from October 2016 to September 2018, and finally, the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives from October 2018 to August 2022.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Emergency Preparedness Consultant at Napa County Health and Human Services from May 2005 to December 2009. Kristine also held the position of Research Laboratory Manager at the University of Pennsylvania from April 2006 to November 2007.

Kristine Gonnella completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development at Penn State University from 1992 to 1995. Kristine then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they enrolled in the Post Baccalaureate Premedical Program at the University of Pennsylvania, completing it in 2007. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Health Policy at Temple University College of Public Health, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
