Robert Lairmore

Robert Lairmore is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, program development, and quality control within the public health and education sectors. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at the Public Health Management Corporation since March 2023, Robert previously held various positions at PHMC, including Compliance/Special Projects Manager. Notable experience includes managing out-of-school time programs at the Lenfest Center and leading a team at Turning Points for Children, where oversight of quality control and significant grant initiatives were key responsibilities. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Development from Peirce College and a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Campbell University.
