Cynthia Lee

Cynthia Lee is an experienced professional in public health management and digital diplomacy, currently serving as a Contract Manager at Public Health Solutions since May 2023, overseeing HIV Care and Treatment Harm Reduction Services contracts. As a Standing Director at the Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association since February 2019, Cynthia has facilitated decision-making and collaboration with various sectors. Previous roles include Project Manager, where Cynthia led programming for projects across multiple countries and coordinated a social media campaign, and Public Health Project Coordinator for the Vietnam Medical Innovation Project.
