Heather Mosley

Heather Mosley is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in managing procurement processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a Procurement Agent at Public Health Solutions since January 2025, Heather coordinates the development of RFx documents and manages solicitation processes. Previously, at dentsu from July 2015 to November 2023, Heather held multiple roles, culminating as a Procurement Manager, overseeing the procurement of hardware, software, and services, while integrating procurement services post-acquisition. Earlier roles at Avon included Purchasing Agent, IT Buyer, Staff Accountant, and Accounts Payable Coordinator, where Heather developed procurement tools, executed purchasing operations, and managed financial reconciliations. Heather holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Iona University.
