Dan Quigg

CEO at Public Insight

Dan Quigg has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Dan began their professional journey at KPMG in 1981 as a Manager, where they were responsible for over 6000 client hours and scheduling of the professional staff. In 1988, they left KPMG to become the CEO of Business Systems Consultants, where they sold and implemented mid-market ERP packages. In 1996, they co-founded OmniVista Software, where they developed a strong suite of financial analytic products. In 1999, they joined Best Software/Sage Software as the Vice President-General Manager, leading the development, quality assurance, and technical support teams. In 2001, they became the CEO of RIS Logic, where they recruited and managed a team of people to take a fledgling concept into a fast-growing radiology information software product. In 2003, they joined Merge Healthcare as the Senior Vice President of North American Sales and Professional Services. In 2010, they became the CEO of Tecquiti, LLC. In 2011, they began teaching Entrepreneurial Finance and running the Practicum program as an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University. Finally, in 2012, they became the CEO of Public Insight Corporation, transforming public data into actionable insights.

Dan Quigg obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Valparaiso University between 1977 and 1981. Afterwards, they went on to earn an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University between 2005 and 2007. Dan also holds a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) certification.
