Cailan Cumming

Cailan Cumming serves as the Program Manager and Negotiation Specialist at the Public International Law & Policy Group since April 2021, contributing to legal research, negotiation support, and program management for initiatives focused on peace negotiations and transitional justice. Notable experiences include serving as Project Lead for AmeriCorps, where efforts concentrated on enhancing post-disaster recovery systems, and internships with organizations like the International Committee of the Red Cross and the International Service for Human Rights, focusing on human rights advocacy and sustainable development. Cailan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and has participated in various international educational programs, enhancing expertise in negotiation, legal frameworks, and community resilience.
