Nathan Kirschner

Nathan Kirschner has extensive experience in legal positions, currently serving as a Senior Appellate Attorney and previously as an Appellate Attorney and Associate Counsel at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since October 2004. In addition, Nathan contributes as an expert for the International Legal Resource Center (ILRC) of the American Bar Association on a pro bono basis, collaborating with other experts to assist UNDP/Sudan in electoral and democratic processes since March 2010. Nathan has been a member of the Advisory Council for the Public International Law & Policy Group since 2002. Academically, Nathan holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from American University, a Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
