Maryanne Pelland

MaryAnne Pelland is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. As a Board Member at Skills for Rhode Island's Future since January 2024, Pelland has played a pivotal role in driving workforce development. At Citizens since October 2004, Pelland has held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Vice-President and Head of Talent Acquisition, leading a team to achieve over 6,000 annual hires across various banking functions. With a focus on strategic partnership and process improvement, Pelland has a proven track record in aligning recruiting strategies with business objectives and enhancing organizational performance. In addition to current involvement with TLIX as a Founding Member, Pelland previously directed recruiting efforts at MetLife Financial Services, achieving significant improvements in the hiring process. Pelland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College.
