Elina Lam-Gall

Director, Learning & Workforce Transformation at PUBLIC

Elina Lam-Gall currently serves as the Director of Learning Innovation & Impact at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Elina was the Director of Learning & Workforce Transformation at PUBLIC, where efforts focused on helping governments and public sector organizations innovate for the digital age. Elina's experience also includes serving as Head of Curriculum at Unlocked Graduates, addressing the high reoffending rate among prisoners. As LIT Programme Manager at Hackney Learning Trust, Elina founded a literacy acceleration program aimed at closing the attainment gap in education. Early career roles included serving as SENDCo and English Teacher at King Solomon Academy. Elina holds a Master of Science in Development Psychology from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and a PGCE from Lancaster University.
