Ned Burns

Ned Burns is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Senior Health Associate at PUBLIC since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ned worked as a Senior Business Development Specialist for the Global Health Division at RTI International from June 2015 to December 2021. Between 2012 and 2015, Ned held the position of Program Officer at FHI 360, focusing on Governance, Peacebuilding, and Civil Society. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at Hankins & Johann from 2011 to 2012. Ned holds a Master of Science in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completed in 2021, along with an education from the University of Virginia.
