Rachel Livingston

Rachel Livingston is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in venture capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Public since February 2023, Rachel previously held the role of Director of Communications and Events at Tusk Venture Partners from January 2019 to February 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Account Executive at Sparkpr and Account Executive at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where support was provided to major clients like Riverbed and Oracle. Rachel began the career with internships at Dolby Laboratories and Eleven Eleven PR. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Miami University and graduated from Redwood High School in the TUHSD.
