Ruth Buckley

Ruth Buckley currently serves as the Head of Secondments at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ruth held leadership positions at PUBLIC as the Head of People and as a People Operations Associate, contributing from November 2021 to March 2024. Additional experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at The Real Olive Company and conducting research for a dissertation on the Toxic Triangle in leadership literature in collaboration with Dr. Cliodhna Mackenzie at University College Cork. Ruth's earlier career includes positions as a Marketing Executive at Quest Recruitment and a Marketing Assistant at Ronan Daly Jermyn. Ruth holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from University College Cork and a Bachelor of Civil Law International from University of Galway.
