Tiara Chivers

Tiara Chivers is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Compliance at Twilio since January 2022. Previously, Tiara held significant positions including HR Compliance Associate Director at IHS Markit from June 2014 to February 2019 and HR Consultant / Consulting Services Manager for the State of Colorado from 2013 to 2014. Tiara's extensive experience at GE includes roles such as HR Compliance Senior Manager overseeing compliance for over 80,000 employees in GE Energy and GE Oil & Gas, Talent Acquisition Leader, and Human Resources Business Partner across various GE divisions. Tiara is a graduate of the competitive GE Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) and holds an MBA in Management - HR from Purdue University, an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven, and a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University.
