Tobias Tobiasen

Tobias Tobiasen is an experienced technology executive currently serving as CTO at Public.com since June 2018, where the focus is on creating an investing social network that enables members to own fractional shares of stocks and ETFs while engaging with the community. Tobiasen also founded Tobiasen.dk IVS in December 2016, offering freelance services as a Java developer and AWS and CI/CD expert. Previously, Tobiasen held the position of CTO at Tradable from November 2014 to October 2017, managing a high-performing team and collaborating with the business side to deliver timely product features and fixes. Earlier career experiences include serving as Chief Architect at Kapow Software, A Kofax Company, overseeing a major enterprise product suite, and working as a Senior Software Architect and Software Developer at Kapow Technologies. Tobiasen holds an M.Sc.E in Computer Science from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, attained in 2001, and attended Ribe Katedralskole from 1989 to 1993.
